E-juice leakage prevention technology

1. The e-juice trapping is added to the mini vape controller to avoid overflow of liquid.

2. The metal pole piece bracket of the mini vape controller is molded by secondary injection technology, which can completely isolate the e-juice and prevent leakage.

3. Ultrasonic fusion joining and silica gel interference sealing technologies are adopted in the manufacture of cartridge, which ensures the tightness and strength of the e-juice tank while providing sealing performance, and avoids the use of glue and other substances harmful to health.

4. The gas pass is designed into horn shape, allowing the e-juice to be condensed on the gas pass during inhalation-exhalation process and to flow back to the oil-absorbing cotton of the atomizing core.

5. The oil-absorbing cotton of the atomizing core has a multi-layer coating structure, and the outer hardware bracket is wrapped with a single layer of cotton. In this way, the adsorption force of the atomizing core to the e-juice is enhanced, and the atomizing process is stable without adhering to the core.

6. The lower oil e-juice tank structure is added to the cartridge, so as to recover the condensate produced during inhalation-exhalation process and prevent the condensate from leaking out of the cartridge.

1. The charging protection IC is added to the product. When the charging voltage is greater than 6V or the charging current is greater than 1A, the charging will be automatically stopped.

2. The additional anti-static protection IC could prevent electronic components from being damaged by static electricity within 2000 V.

3. The automatic power-off after 8 seconds avoids heating the atomizing core for a long time due to unintended touching or ignition failure.

4. Temperature protection function is introduced to the control board. When the temperature of the control board is higher than 80oC, it will automatically enter a high temperature protection state and be powered off.

5. All products with buttons allows performing functions such as turning on/off, locking ignition, locking power, etc. by simple key operation, so as to avoid unintended touching and misoperation.

6. For high-power products, the dispensing process for heat dissipation is added on MOS to speed up internal heat dissipation, eliminate deflagration risk, and avoid products from entering high temperature protection mode too fast due to excessive temperature.

Reliability

1. In the R&D stage, all product models must be subjected to all kinds of strict tests, including high- and low-temperature storage test, plateau test, drop test, keypad aging test, spring needle aging test, e-juice leakage test, discharge aging test, vibration test and so on. Mass production is prohibited before all tests are up to standard.

2. For all mass-produced products, cyclic inhalation-exhalation test should be done one by one. Only when the functions are all normal can the products be considered as qualified and offline.

3. All mass-produced products should undergo manual visual inspection in addition to professional equipment detection. Products with defective appearance are not allowed to leave the factory.

4. Before mass production, all products must go through multiple rounds of internal testing and small batch trial production, and may not be formal mass produced until the user experience and manufacturing process are stable.
